Here are the links to the beachbody sites if you are interested in purchasing any of thier workout programs that I mentioned in a previous post. I thought the link worked, only to find out it was not there later. You should definatly take a look at them and see what they have, I have been drinking the Shakeology and I have only good things to say about it, well mostly, it grows on you as far as the taste but I feel better andlook better, my skin and my hair have improved so much and I am pretty sure it is part of the reason that I am losing weight!
